We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with an MEP background to lead multidisciplinary projects from planning to completion.

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager with solid MEP expertise to oversee the execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works in high-end wellness, pool, and water treatment projects. The ideal candidate will manage project schedules, technical coordination, site supervision, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee MEP works from concept through commissioning.
  • Interpret and validate detailed MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Interface with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments for efficient project coordination.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and proactively address challenges.
  • Ensure all works meet local regulatory codes, safety protocols, and Watermaster quality standards.
  • Manage procurement, material logistics, and contractor performance.
  • Support handover, testing, and commissioning phases to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on MEP systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, pumps, filtration, electrical controls, plumbing, and fire systems.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools and AutoCAD / Revit MEP.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in spa, wellness, or water treatment projects.
  • Familiarity with regional construction codes and permitting processes.
  • Primavera EPPM knowledge is a Plus
