We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with an MEP background to lead multidisciplinary projects from planning to completion.
Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager with solid MEP expertise to oversee the execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works in high-end wellness, pool, and water treatment projects. The ideal candidate will manage project schedules, technical coordination, site supervision, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee MEP works from concept through commissioning.
- Interpret and validate detailed MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Interface with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments for efficient project coordination.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and proactively address challenges.
- Ensure all works meet local regulatory codes, safety protocols, and Watermaster quality standards.
- Manage procurement, material logistics, and contractor performance.
- Support handover, testing, and commissioning phases to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on MEP systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, pumps, filtration, electrical controls, plumbing, and fire systems.
- Proficiency in project planning tools and AutoCAD / Revit MEP.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Experience in spa, wellness, or water treatment projects.
- Familiarity with regional construction codes and permitting processes.
- Primavera EPPM knowledge is a Plus
